Common questions

Answers, gently.

If something isn't covered here, the consultation is the easiest place to ask. No question is too small.

Sessions are 45 minutes, scheduled once or twice a week depending on your child’s needs. We talk through cadence together during the consultation — there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Both. I see families in person around Modesto, CA, and I work with families nationwide over a calm, focused video setup designed for younger readers.

We open with a warm-up your child enjoys, work through a short structured lesson, and finish with a story we both like. No worksheets to dread. No surprises.

Yes. I have experience supporting children with dyslexia and use multisensory, Orton-Gillingham–informed strategies, adapted patiently for each learner.

After your free 20-minute consultation, I’ll send a clear plan within 48 hours. Most families begin within one to two weeks.

You’ll receive a short progress note after each session and a monthly check-in call. We track confidence as much as we track skills.
